Cancer Support Services in association with 21st Century Oncology held a Free Seminar on Women’s Health on Friday September 9, 2016 at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre.
The featured speakers included Dr. Vikash Chatrani, MBBS, DM (OBGYN) delivering on the topic “Uterine Cancer: The New #1 GYN Cancer”, Rev. Paul Leacock, BSc., MDiv. who delved into “Coping with the Emotions After a Cancer Diagnosis” and finally Dr. Niraj Mehta, M.D of 21st Century Oncology who presented the topic “Make Your Body Less Conducive to CAN-cer: Activities, Action, Attitude and Atmosphere”.
The seminar was attended by over 350 made up of 5% physicians, 80% nurses and 15% laypersons.
