On Wednesday October 14, 2015 the presentation of the completed Transition and Counseling Rooms on Ward C12 of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital which Cancer Support Services adopted some 12 years ago.
This project was a partnership between the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Cancer Support Services.
