Cancer Support Services is the proud recipient of a donation from the Management, Staff and Guests of the Almond Beach Resort in memory of former staff member Jennifer Husbands and Lisa Ifill, daughter of Peter Charles, an employee of the resort, both of whom journeyed valiantly with cancer.
“We at Almond Beach Resort are pleased to make a donation in memory of my daughter Lisa and my colleague Jennifer to assist others in Barbados who are on this journey with cancer.”

The funds donated were raised by staff and guests alike during a fundraising drive which began in January 2018 at the resort.
“On behalf of the Executive of Cancer Support Services and by extension the clients we serve let me take this opportunity to sincerely thank the Management, Staff and guests of Almond Beach Resort for their kind donation. The legacy of both Jennifer and Lisa will live on through this donation which will greatly benefit our clients.”
